Delete Account

You can delete your Chessvision.ai Chess Scanner user account at any time using either of the following methods.

Please note that this action is irreversible and will permanently remove all your data.

This process will take at most 7 business days to complete and you will be notified by an email when it is done.

From within the App

1. Open the App and sign in to your account if you are not already signed in.
2. Open the Menu in the top-right corner and click Account.
3. Click the Delete Account button at the very bottom and follow the instructions to delete your account.

On the Website

1. Go to https://my.chessvision.ai and sign in to your account if you are not already signed in.
2. Open the Menu in the top-right corner and click Settings.
3. In the Account tab, click the Delete Account button and follow the instructions to delete your account.
