Discord bot

ChessvisionAiBot is a bot that helps you analyze chess diagrams on Discord.

Install on your server​

Use the following link to add the bot to your Discord server

Usage​

Reply to any tweet with a chess diagram and write:

cv.scan

Specify turn​

The bot will automatically try to guess whose turn is it to play but you can also use:

cv.scan white

and

cv.scan black

to specify the turn explicitly.

Display help​

To display help and get the description of all available commands use:

cv.help

It provides links to external analysis on both Chess.com and Lichess.

Engine evaluation​

It uses Stockfish 14 to provide:

  • engine evaluation
  • hint which piece to move
  • hint what exactly the first move is
  • best engine continuation

The engine runs for at most

It searches Chess.com Database to finds games where the scanned position occurred.
